Canada Day in Chilliwack

Canada Day in Chilliwack is a family-friendly event at Townsend Park with entertainment, family-friendly activities and food trucks. Schedules are subject to change.

Canada Day Photographer Call-Out
The City of Chilliwack is now accepting submissions from photographers that are interested in participating in the Canada Day 2024 Celebrations at Townsend Park on July 1, 2024 from 5pm – 10:30pm.
The City will have ownership of the photos for future marketing purposes, as well as provide the images for sponsorship fulfillments, vendors, reports, etc.
The photographer may take photos of individuals under the age of 18, however, they will need to get a guardian’s contact information so we can ask them by email to use the photos for any public facing materials.
Who is eligible?
• Qualified photographers who have a relationship to Chilliwack.
• Photographer must be able to sign a legal contract with the City.
• Those able to work on July 1, 2024 from 5pm – 10:30pm.
