The City of Chilliwack requests Proposals from qualified, experienced companies for the “as and when required” Supply and Delivery of Fleet Vehicles – Preferred Dealer, in various categories. The City of Chilliwack 2023 Fleet planned needs are as follows:
• One (1) New Cab and Chassis Truck - more than 8,800 kg GVW
• Three (3) New Quarter Ton Pickup Trucks
• One (1) New Half Ton Crew Cab Pickup Truck
The City is seeking to identify one (1) qualified Dealer that have the knowledge, technical resources, experience, reputation and capacity to supply, deliver and provide continuous support for the vehicles.
The unplanned needs may include additional vehicles within various categories including, but not limited to:

• Pickup Trucks with GVW up to 6000 kg
• Cab and Chassis Trucks
• Cars
• Vans
• SUV’s
• Alternate Fuel Vehicles
• Hybrid Cars and Trucks
• Plug in Hybrid Cars and Trucks
• Electric Vehicles

For future acquisitions, the City at its sole discretion may single source the Equipment with the preferred supplier, subject to mutual acceptance of price and availability.
Alternatively, the City reserves the right to issue a new RFP for additional Equipment at any time.
