Work:

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from Proponents to enter into an Agreement with the City to design and construct the Project as described in this RFP and to carry out all Work in accordance with this RFP and the terms of the Agreement.

The scope of Work includes the provision of the full and complete design and all materials and performance of all Work necessary and appropriate for the construction of two beginner/novice pump track circuits located in Vedder Park and Jinkerson Park. This request for proposal (RFP) aims to identify a firm or individual with experience in designing and building pump tracks who can deliver a detailed design, precise cost estimate, and specifications for the project.
