The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for the
provision of the Yarrow Community Hall Parking Lot in 4670 Community Street.

The goal of the Yarrow Community Hall Parking Lot is to;
• Construct high quality infrastructure in the most efficient and cost-effective
manner resulting in broad public acceptance of the Project;
• Construct the Project to standards that will result in an operationally safe,
efficient and high-quality infrastructure;
• Construct the Work with minimal disruption to surrounding neighborhoods,
community, and to the operations of the road and utility networks including
public transit. All work to be carried out to ensure that existing traffic flows are
not adversely affected by construction activities;
• Complete the Project by September 15, 2023 (Completion Date).
