The City of Chilliwack is requesting Proposals for the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the Laboratory Testing Services in accordance with the specifications and locations specified in this RFP. The Proponent is to supply everything necessary, including courier service, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles and labor to properly complete the program in a professional manner while meeting all sample holding times.

The Contract generated by this RFP is for a three (3) year contract term from the date of award. By mutual agreement, this Contract may be extended by up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms.

The cost per sample will include: courier costs, sampling bottles, preservatives, coolers, ice packs, invoicing, phone, labour, materials and all other administration costs.

Please note that “courier cost” includes shipping from laboratory to the City’s designated location and from the City’s designated location to the laboratory.
