The scope of work for this Project will include all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete repairs to the Wastewater Treatment Plant outfall and construction of the outfall armoring in accordance with the specifications, locations, and conceptual design drawings (refer to Appendix 4 D2) specified in this RFPQ.
