Bid / Tenders

The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design and construct the proposed booster pump station which meets the recommendations contained in the preliminary design report.  The site plan and pump house layout are attached for your information (a copy of the Bailey Booster Pump Station Pre-design Report prepared by Dayton and Knight, will be available with the release of Stage 2 - Request for Proposal);
• Provide a complete control building to house the necessary electrical equipment and controls, pumps, valves, piping, genset and chlorination equipment required for the station;
• Provide an area around the building for access, parking and setup of necessary equipment for future repairs/maintenance of the pumps and the genset;
• Connect to the existing watermain, for supply and discharge from the new station, on the south side of Bailey Road;
• Provide all programming and testing of equipment to ensure a fully operational station upon completion.
