The City of Chilliwack is requesting Quotations for the supply of all labour, supervision, equipment and materials, where specified, to complete the 2021 – 2023 Bailey Sanitary Landfill Annual Reports in accordance with the Work Requirements and Specifications contained herein.

The goal of the Bailey Sanitary Landfill Annual Reports is to comply with Section 4.6 of Operational Certificate (OC) 101798 issued to the City of Chilliwack on behalf of the BC Ministry of Environment on August 6, 2010 and revised on April 7, 2011. An annual report for the preceding 12-month period from January 1 to December 31 must be submitted to the BC Ministry of Environment and Climate Change Strategy by April 30 of each year.

The City will accept Quotations from qualified Consultants only for this Work.

The term of the Contract shall be for three (3) years from the date of award, with the option to extend the Contract for up to four (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement of the City and the Consultant.

Quoted prices are to be firm for the initial Contract period.
