This Request for Standing Offers (“RFSO”) is issued for the purpose of selecting two (2) or more experienced and qualified flagging and traffic control Contractors, on a non-exclusive basis to supply professional Flagging and Traffic Control Services at various Work Sites within the City of Chilliwack (the “City”) on an “as and when” required basis.
