The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents for provision of services for the cleaning of digester 3 at Chilliwack’s Wastewater Treatment Plant (the “WWTP”) in a timely and safe manner in accordance with all applicable regulations.

The work generally includes cleaning a mesophilic anaerobic digester at the WWTP, including removing all solids from the digester, and disposing the material off site.
