The City of Chilliwack is requesting Expressions of Interest from qualified Proponents who possess the required personnel, experience and resources to provide consulting services to develop a Source Control Program for the City of Chilliwack. In addition, the City would like the proponent to update the Sanitary Sewer System Regulation Bylaw No. 3702.
